This week's weight loss: -0.6
Total weight loss: -19.8
0.2 lbs away from my 10% goal! POINT 2 POUNDS! The scale is laughing at me because I was so certain I would reach this goal by this week! It's not that I am disappointed in myself, it's that I wanted to celebrate this goal this week at my meeting with my leader. Next week I won't be able to attend the meeting because I will be at my work's holiday party. Next week is also my 16th week on WW, and we get a nice reward for being a WW member that long. I wanted to get my reward. I won't attend my regular meeting in 2 weeks either because I will be going home for the holidays. I'm a little bummed I have to wait until Dec 30th or maybe January to celebrate at my meeting. *sigh* I'll live.

here THE GOOD
-The new WW plan is really easy to follow. I actually find it easier than the previous plan.
-The size 16 jeans (that I have had since 2003) that were too tight on me in September are now feeling a little loose on me *big toothy grin*
-Met with my Trainer again this week (despite re-scheduling 3-4 times). I did not feel like I was going to die/pass out, and I felt really proud of everything I accomplished. I'm really glad I made the decision to get a trainer at my gym.
THE BED
-Maybe because I was *so certain* I would reach my 10% goal this week, I may have over indulged a little too much.
-Some days I can't reach my daily WW points and some days I go way over my daily points, but still within my weekly allowance points & swamping my activity points, but it's very close. If I want to lose more per week than I currently am, I shouldn't swap too many of my activity points.
WHAT'S NEXT?
-Reach my 10% goal and don't go over that through the holidays. I don't care if I don't lose weight the next few weeks, as long as I don't go over this weight by 2011, I will be pleased.
-Just because I am missing a few meetings and it's the holidays doesn't mean I get to slack off. I still need to track what I eat, make smart decisions, be mindful of my portions, and stay active as much as possible
See you all next week!
