Accomplishments this past week
I worked my butt off this week. Worked with my trainer, thought I was gonna pass out. Seriously, the room started getting dark, I had to tell him I had to stop. He totally understood and congratulated me for going as long as I did for my 1st session. He's cool like that. Half way through the training session I was thinking “I hate this,” and I didn't know if I want to keep a trainer. But after I was done and caught my breathe, I felt fine. I didn't feel sore afterwards, and I got a fantastic work out. Kinda made me sad I only see him twice a month. But it's all I can afford. *sigh*

Challenges
Having a hard time finding a balance between eating enough and not eating too much.
Totally wasn't paying attention to my eating habits this past weekend, and went a little over.
Then it was hard from me to stay within my points for the day.
I really thought I gained this week, so I'm surprised that I lost any weight this week. However if I didn't kick my ass in exercising this week and kept the same work out routine, I probably would have gained.

Goals for this week
Be aware of my hunger signals. When out with friends, don't eat it just because it's there.
