Accomplishments this past week
-Did my kickboxing video again, found a section I love
-I tried the Pilates video, not really comfortable with it right now. I will revisit in the future, but I did feel the effects the next day, even though I only did 10 minutes.
-I got my ankle weights this week, and did my leg exercises with my weights.
-Despite feeling light-headed most of this week, and managed to walk most days, which felt really good.
Challenges
-Friend had a party on Sunday, I didn't eat well enough before leaving for his place. By the time I got to his place I was starving, and I ate crap, felt dizzy/light-headed, and even when I wasn't hungry, I still grazed.
-I felt ill most of this week, so I didn't get to work out as much as I had planned.
I'm not cheering about only losing 0.2 lbs this week, but I'm not entirely disappointed in myself. I'm still ahead of where I expected to be, and I'm in this for the long haul.
Goals for this week
Be responsible for what I eat. This weekend is a family birthday party, make wise decisions.
Heading back to the gym this week, but need to remember to not over do it. I don't want to burn out too quickly.
