I have been tracking my food intake in fitday.com to get the calories but i am going to start recording what I ate in this journal too.

Breakfast
6:30AM: 1/4 cup Oatmeal with honey : 42 Calories
8:00AM: 1 Pink Grapefruit with One packet of Sugar : 107 Calories

Snack 1
11:00AM
Axelrod Yogurt : 90 Calories
2 Melba Toast Crackers : 39 Calories

Lunch
12:30PM
Smart Ones Fettuccine Alfredo with Broccoli : 270 Calories

Snack 2
4:00PM
Myloplex Lite chocolate protein shake : 180 Calories

Dinner
6:45PM
Chicken Cutlet and corn/blackbean salad : approx 315 Calories
3 Chips Ahoy Cookies : 205 Calories
1/2 Cup Skim Milk : 43 Calories

Total Calories: 1301.

I usually don't eat chips ahoy cookies as i don't keep them in my house, but i was up at my parents house(to goto a wake) so i had dinner there and for some reason i always go for the cookies when i'm there.
