What is my deal this week? I just can't seem to get motivated to work. Hopefully I'll be better next week.
I haven't talked much about my new pets, have I? Well, our puppy is about 4 months old. He is a black lab/rottweiler mix, and adorable as can be. He's getting really big already - they estimated that he will be around 120 lbs! We named him Moto. We've had him for a little over a month now. Almost two weekends ago now, we got a kitten. We named her Puddles (no, she isn't living up to her name, thank goodness). She is 10 weeks old, and has the most precious face. She is gray and fluffy with some stripes. SO cute. We absolutely LOVE our new "family".
Our house is really starting to feel like home now. We will be starting to finish our 3rd level this weekend. That will be nice. Although, we are running out of our "fix-up" money now, so we've got to be careful what all we splurge on. We would like to finish the 2nd bathroom as well, but we don't know if it's in our budget yet. We also have to keep in mind that we have things to do in the spring outside the house that we need to save for.
So, I just realized that I'm probably really boring to everyone (even though hardly anyone probably reads this). For my boringness, I sincerely apologize. But you all love me anyway, right? Okay, okay, I'll get back to work. I really needed a break (even though it's almost lunch). This was a good break.
