i just got back from Grand Rapids today. it was great. on Friday it was
Jake's birthday so me and my mom went and met my aunt and Jake, Claire,
and Gracie in Carson City. Then i went home with them and me, Jake,
Michael, and Claire went to the mall. I got the coolest Puma shoes
ever. I love Puma. Then that night Jake had his friends Alison,
Mackenzie and Bridget over and we had cake and watched School of Rock
for his birthday. it was really fun. Then after they left we went in
the apartment above their garage, which really isn't an apartment since
there's no plumbing and whatnot, but anyways, we went up there and
watched Laguna Beach, then blasted music and acted crazy until around 4
in the morning. it was great because no one could hear us since it's on
the opposite side of the house than the bedrooms and the door is like a
door that goes to the outside so you can't hear anything through it. it
was so great.
on saturday we all got up at around 11 then we went to this carnival thing that my uncle's work was putting on and we got free food. there were games and stuff there but it was mostly for little kids and quite boring. after that we went to the beach. since it took us so long at the stupid carnival thing, we didn't get to the beach til around 3:30. then my aunt realized that she forgot the bag with all the bathing suites in it. luckily me and Jake were smart and wore ours so me, him and michael stayed at the beach while everyone else went to the mall to get a bathing suit. we were there for like 3 hours before everyone came back from the mall. it was really nice though. i got a nice tan. then we decided to have my aunt drop us off at the mall while the others stay at the beach because we were already there for 3 hours. the mall by the beach really wasn't that great. so then we went to starbucks. after that we went back to my aunt and uncle's house. me, jake and michael watched pirates of the carribean and were up until around 2.
this morning, we had to get up to go to church. then when we got home my mom and grandparents came and we celebrated jake's and my uncle's birthday. then everyone went peach picking while me and jake stayed home and blasted music and acted stupid lol. then it was time to go home and it made me sad :( i miss them all. and then i got home and heard my brother scream at my mom because she had to tell him he might not be going to State because of financial crap. i think they got it all figured out but he's still really pissed. he just needs to grow up though. that was my exciting weekend.
