challenge weekend
I had an awesome weekend. I had some really successful C3A squares and some really scramble-y ones; I did a hard phase IV waltz that went surprisingly well and one full of things I don't know. That all seems as it should be.
I didn't remember to bring my camera on any of the walks. It was perfect autumn weather, sunshine and blue skies and leaves starting to turn. Pictures in my mind's eye: katybeth and danamae and ponies, leaves against the sky, leaves and lake and sunlight. It may be that these are the pictures that don't really come out. All the photos I took were of the beautiful quilts in our room, and that's fine too.
