CDNTM, under construction.
"Do you have what it takes?
Welcome to Candydoll's Next Top Model, Cycle 1!
You may recognise me as Mae Rawcliffe, the supermodel from the covers and catwalks of the world. Inspired by other competitions headed by forerunners in the fashion industry, I have decided to search the globe for the freshest talent in modelling.
Throughout the contest, a model will be eliminated each shoot until it's last-girl standing: Candydoll's Next Top Model. I hope to preen, polish and transform a certain few lucky ladies throughout this cycle and we're looking for all types of beauty; unconvential to traditional.
Think you can match up? Apply today and see if you have the look, attitude and personality to be our Top Model."
Rules & Regulations
It is essential you read all of the in-character (IC) and out-of-character (OOC) rules regarding CDNTM.
1. All photoshoot submissions and contestant applications should be Candybar dolls and no other doll type. We recommend that dolls should be saved in .PNG format as it reduces blurring and gives clarity to your pictures.
2. No out-of-character conflict please! We won't tolerate arguing on the board, however, since we encourage RP, IC conflict and drama is completely fine! Let's just make sure we all get on.
3. Each contestant may have one doll (model) per cycle, and once/if you're eliminated, you are out, finito! Anyone found entering two dolls will be banned from the current cycle and any other future CDNTM cycles and/or spin-offs.
4. Try and stay within photoshoot deadlines. We will mostly grant extensions providing a contestant gives us a valid excuse, however, if a contestant fails to submit their doll on the deadline without giving a valid excuse or any form of explanation, they are out. If an extension is needed, please request one at a minimum of 36 hours before the deadline.
5. Models' face shapes, eyes and noses must stay the same throughout the competition. Eyes etc can be edited but must look the same shape and colour as they did originally. In photoshoot briefings, you will be told whether you are allowed to use wigs or hair extensions/alterations.
6. Comments by members on other contestants' photoshoots must be constructive critcism and inappropriate slander will not be tolerated.
7. All work must be your own, however feel free to ask for help, advice, tips etc from other people on how to make the ultimate Candybar doll.
8. Have fun!

FAQ
Q: Does my model have to be a Candybar doll? A: Yes, the dollmaker for Candybar can be found here:
http://www.elouai.com/ Q: Is the judges' decision final? A: Yes, I'm afraid so. The judges are in no way influenced by any exterior party.
Q: Do I have to be an editing pro to even stand a chance? A: Not in the slightest! I only use MS Paint and get on by fairly well. Tutorials will often be posted with challenges and not only that, but what we look for is improvement. This may be your first time in a competition like this, but an important factor in the judges' decision is growth in your editing.
Q: Can I skip a photoshoot/challenge? A: If a valid excuse is given, then we will allow a challenge/photoshoot skip. However, we don't encourage it and if requests are made too often, we will have to rethink your position within the competition.
Q: Do I need a lot of time for this contest? A: Not heaps and heaps of time, but a fair amount is needed to edit and submit your doll. If you have very little spare time, perhaps this competition is not for you. Not only does it waste our time, but it also wastes the other contestants' time.
Q: My pictures are blurry. Why? A: More often that not, this is down to the format your final image is saved in. Use .PNG to save your pictures and this will almost always reduces blurriness and distortion. We cannot stress this enough.
