~What could the blonde want this time?~ Zexion thought as he slowly made his way towards the library. Upon reaching the room he entered it silently and took a seat near a large pile of books. ~I don't think I've ever been in this room... Suprisingly.~ Glancing to a big book he quickly took it in hand and blew off the dust. "Through The Looking

Ashiya sighed as she wandered around the library in full "I'M A GUY" gear, hoping she could keep her secret just that, a secret. Though it wasn't working too well to be honest.
"We're hanging out tomorrow, you and me! Meet in the library around noon or so and wait for me, also, if you see a silver haired guy there, be sure to be cheerful around him, he kind of just lost someone so he needs happy people!" Demyx had yelled at her as he'd passed by yesterday while she had been reading on a sunny balcony. Something about that rang just a bit suspicious but... well, Demyx was Demyx.
So instead Ashiya wandered the library rows until at last she came upon.... Zexion. Her face fell blank.
Oh... was this...? Uh oh... she wasn't good with very emotional people.
"O-Oh... hello?" She tried timidly, then stopped, that was no good! She had to be cheerful to cheer the stranger up, so, gathering a deep breath she gave a beaming smile.
"Good afternoon! You must be Demyx's friend, I'm Mizuki Ashiya, it's nice to meet you!" She said with a great deal of ... happiness.

The former sixth member of the Organization XIII looked over at the girl and offered a welcoming smile. He was a little taken back by her cheerful demeanor. Infact, he was so striken that it caused him to drop the precious book in his hands. He bent over in his seat to scramble about for the book and gently placed it in his lap.
"Hn. You, must be the one Demyx sent." He glanced downward a bit, slightly "embarrassed" by the fact he had just dropped a book infront of her. "I.. apologize." He muttered softly, looking down even more.
"It's a pleasure to meet you, Miss Mizuki." He stood up and carefully bowed towards her then reclaimed his seat next to Hanatarou. "Would you like to join us?" He offered her a frail smile, it showed a small hint of timidity.

Ashiya smiled a bit apologetically at Zexion and gave him a quick bow.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to startle you!" She declared with her bow and straightened.
Only to slip and fall straight on her rear staring at Zexion in utter shock.
He knew too???
For a moment she sat there, staring at him in completely surprise, before she laughed a bit stupidly.
I give up...
"A pleasure to meet you to." She finally replied standing up looking a bit output, but still cheerful. "And I'd love to, although I didn't happen to catch your name..." She commented sitting next to Hanatarou, to which she directed a smile at the other.
"Hi, Hanatarou right? I think we're both uhm.... "somethings" to... him." She finished a bit shyly, not sure what to call ones like themselves.

"...'Servants'," Hanatarou supplied for her. "But not anymore. Don't worry. We're his friends now."

He flushed some from the bow and nodded. "It's fine." He quickly murmured, still glancing downward as he said this.
"Oh! I am very sorry. How rude of me. I am Zexion." He let his chin meet his chest and sighed softly, now clutching the book tightly in his arms at this point. He was treating it as if it were his only form of defense, like some "weapon".
Looking over to Hanatarou, he tilted his head to the side some. "'Servants'?" He repeated, slightly shocked that Hanatarou actually thought that Zexion considered them as such. "That isn't true, Hanatarou-san." He averted his gaze. "Truthfully, I thought of you as mere acquaintances, and possible friends. Even if Nobodies don't have friends."

"Sorry, I guess it was innapropriate of me to... speak of him so vaguely. Sorry!" She quickly amended smiling in what she hoped was an apologetic matter.
"But it's nice to meet you Mr. Zexion! Demyx... er, didn't say a lot about you so I'm not sure what we're supposed to do." She commented mildly embaressed.

He returned an almost bitter looking smile in Ashiya's direction. He didn't mean for it to look that way, of course. "It doesn't really matter... Does it?"
"... Do you like reading, Miss Ashiya? And please, just call me Zexion. 'mister' is much too formal for my tastes." His smile seemed to loosen up a little bit and he gently placed the book down in his lap instead of using it as a "defense mechanism".

"--Anyway," he said, absently tapping the handle of his feather duster against the palm of his hand, "Since it seems that you two had sort of planned to spend some time together this afternoon-- or, ah, since Demyx-san seems to have planned that, at least-- I'm certainly willing to excuse myself."

"You don't have to go unless you want. I'm sure Miss Ashiya does not mind your presence..." He let his cold gaze drift over to her, smiling weakly in the process to lighten the fright-effect.

How tragic he sounded!
"Is that really so bad?" She asked quietly, a bit puzzled. "I mean, sure there are bad people out in the world, but how can you enjoy life if you suspect everyone who's nice to you?" She wondered aloud glancing skywards as the tension eased from her body. Then she gave a brilliant smile, olivious to his dark aura.
"I think Demyx is kind of remarkable that way, I could never make friends so easily."
Turning to Hanatarou, Ashiya gave him a mock stern glare while grinning and shook her head.
"Sorry Hanatarou, you're not allowed to leave, or...." She eyed the feather duster curiously. "Was there something you had to do? I'd really love it if you stayed, but I can't make you of course."

"Oh! No, I wasn't doing anything in particular..." he said, smiling abashedly and sitting back a bit. "I mean, I can dust any time."

"... How can one enjoy life if they have no emotions anyway?" He murmured softly. It was more of a retorical question, so an answer was unnecessary. "You two, however, I do consider as friends... because, you haven't done anything wrong to me yet, and I don't expect you will." He smiled, as if approving of something and folded his hands over the book that was still in his lap.
"Oh, do stay then, Hanatarou-san. I do enjoy your company..." The Nobody looked at the raven-haired male, as if examining him and just waiting for an odd reaction.

"Oh... really?" he inquired. "Well... I'm glad to hear that!"

"Of course we're you're friends, and I'll only hurt you if you do something stupid!" She threatened waving a tiny fist at Zexion, which didn't honestly look very threatening coming from a very skinny and small teenage boy/girl.
"But, what do you mean by 'no emotions'? Is it something special to do with you and Demyx? I really don't know much about it..."
Reply
".. Hn. We'll see about that Ashiya." He obviously was unaffected by the threat, turning his head to face Hanatarou he nodded. "That's good, Hanatarou."
"None of us from the Organization XIII have emotions, dear Ashiya. Demyx doesn't. Axel doesn't. Xemnas doesn't. Marluxia doesn't. Naminé doesn't. Saix doesn't. Roxas doesn't. And I most certainly don't either. We are Nobodies, therefore we have no hearts and we have no feelings. We're the wretched darker sides of our Somebodies. I am the darker side of Ienzo. Demyx is the darker side of Myde. Roxas is the poor side of Sora. Naminé is the doppleganger of Kairi. And so on and so forth. We lost our hearts when we gave them to the darkness, thus we are merely the shells that our Somebodies left behind, as if like weights that had once plagued them, but now we continue to store away in some of their guilt, and we become needed again. For them to be whole. Is that enough information for you?" The young scholar simply sighed, rubbing his temples as he leaned over to place his elbows on his knees, childishly awaiting some befuddled statement.
