Happy Birthday Marshall!
Ok, so I got to my Imprints meeting ok- class got out early. After the meeting, I went to Books-A-Million (aka, BAM) and bought an anime magazine (Otaku USA) and two manga, Loveless 6 and Love Pistols 2. Since then, I have read LP2 about.. 6 times. OMG. JOSHUA AND TERU! OMGOMG. LOOOOOOOVE. ^____^ And Yone and Shiro! 8D And of course, Kuni and Norin! X3 BUT!!! JOSH AND TERU! FOR THE EFFING WIN. I think I will read it again before I go to bed tonight. ^_^
Anyway, I also went on to buy the 300 DVD with my $5 off coupon to Best Buy and I also bought a plastic container for painting at work.
Last night was awesome beyond belief. I felt all.. college kid-like. After work, I went to Steven's where Joe, Nick, Gary, Tony, Steven, and myself voted on the Wii. (Well, Joe couldn't, but did have input.) Gary and I talked about the porn at BAM and we decided to take a field trip there. I bought Inubaka 2 and 3, Kingdom Hearts 2 volume 1, and S&S volume 2 and a pack of Zelda cards for Steven. Complete with a temporary tattoo. XD We sat on the floor in the humor section looking through books. :3 Then, we decided to up and go to Barnes and Noble (aka, BAN).
While there, I bought Inubaka 4. I also got my first taste of Starbucks coffee via a Grande-sized mocha frappucino. (I can't spell coffee names. :P) We sat and talked and looked at magazines until BAN closed. Off to Walmart!
I walked into the girls' bathroom to find a guy. He, embarrased, ran out. The two girls left behind laughed. I did my usual bathroom business and as soon as I got out, was dragged into shoes by Gary. "I found shoes you'll like!" he said. GOD. BLACK AND CAMO SKATE SHOES. $20. RAD. Two pairs left in my size. I didn't get one. :O Should have. We looked at the games. Gary made an interesting point: Why buy a wiimote when I could pay an extra $10 to get one with Wiiplay? There were 10 Wiis there. *envy* Finally, we headed back to the apartment. Watched some videos on the Wii and I then headed home. Got back a bit after 1. Not bad. I had a ton of fun. ^_^
Today was busy at work. Yuck. But afterwards, I went shopping. Well, I went shopping during my lunch break, too. I went to the mall to get Marsh thi game he wanted for his birthday. Game Stop did not have it. I bought Wiiplay and a wiimote carrier thingy. It was priced at $9.99, but it rang up as $7.99. SCORE. Saw Lindsey at her store, then went to FYE to try and find the game there. Surprise. FYE doesn't sell games anymore. Saw Diamond there. Went back to work to eat lunch. But while I was in FYE, I saw the guy and two girls from the Walmart bathroom trip! XD
After work I went to the Game Stop by the Walmart. No game. I went to Walmart. No game. But I did buy those shoes! There was only one pair left in my size, so I got them. ^_^ Went to Target. No game. Went to my Walmart. No game. Caught Steven on his break. Looked for collars. I want a green one, but haven't found one anywhere. Nor orange or yellow ones either. I'll keep lookin'.
When I got home, no cake had been eaten. Marsh would not eat it without me. He then suddenly turns emo and complains about how he never gets outside the house. I cheer him up and then he leaves when Naruto chapter 367 finished loading and I went to read it. <3
I still don't have my CD yet, that I ordered ages ago. BUT, it has been shipped! It should be here by Monday, according to the package tracker site. Yay! *dances* :3
Oh, I was heavily complimented upon by two ladies at work today. They asked to speak to a manager, and once Christie got up there, they praised me tons of times for how awesome of a cashier I am. Whoa, super nice. :3
Anyway, an old friend from middle school found me on MySpace out of the blue. Weird. And I paid off another 100,000 on my house on Animal Crossing: Wild World. But, most importantly, August 25th celebrates Marshall's 18th birthday. ^_^
After I get back from Leslie's baby shower, I'm gonna take Marsh into town so he can spend some of his birthday money. (And so I can try the other Game Stop to see if they have the game he wants.)
For now, I am gonna go play AC:WW until I pass out. I can't believe it's 2:43 already. I hadn't even noticed how late it was! School does that to me.. Makes me stay up late. XD Good night everyone!
