The last few months have been filled with courses and studies through the Chronic Pain Center here in the city.    It is only part of the process.  The center also houses doctors and specialists trained in this area.

Yesterday I met with my Doctor again to review the medication levels and effectiveness.   ( The Fears of Stigmas and Histories )

The workshops/classes I have been taking through the Pain Center cover many different topics: Posture, Breathing, psychology, Communications,  Medications, etc etc etc   Some of them are lecture format, some one-on-one and some are practicums.    All of it good information when applied.

I tackled today with an " I can do this."  Pounded the treadmill while enjoying my novel I wanted to read. ( One chapter is approx 10 Min )  I tackled cleaning my bedroom ( eeeeeee )  And I merrily went about my morning.
