On April 14th I
wrote about the simple things in life that I have power over to change.
The List of 10 and my progress on them -
- Am I doing what I can to prevent headaches and promote health? No.
- drink water ? Up to 2 - 3 / day
- 'move' at least once a day ? Even if it's just to climb the stairs to find my heels!
- choose foods for a feeling of wellness and positivity? While still not a fan of garden salads... yes. Rejoined WW.
- I invest time in things that are important to me? .... "landscaping trenches"
- play hard then work hard? ....not sure how to qualify this one...
- housework to improve the feel of my home so I can feel relaxed and proud? Getting there! Have identified areas of concern.. and purged another two corners since the apr post.
- Do I, at least once a week, see each person in my week as fun and loving and enjoy that? ...
- read a NON-Fix-it book? Yes. :)
- Do I watch comedies and find ways to laugh to maintain a healthy sense of humor? .... Working on this still. Relocated the Wii upstairs where I will actually use it.
