Character's Disabilities, if any: She's probably partly addicted to being 'fed on' by Thomas Raith.
Background (100 words or more): Justine is introduced as a girl younger than 19, extremely attractive, and barely clothed. She is a companion to Thomas Raith to a social function, and stays as close to him as possible; they are both somewhat protective of each other. In a fight that follows, she tries to stand her ground, but is eventually captured by Red Court vampires.
In her next appearance, she is a captive, and it shows that without Thomas, her grip on her emotions is not very firm - she is driven almost insane by them. Since she seems to have an overflow of emotions, and White Court vampires feed on emotions, it is a good balance, in its own way.
Justine stays as Thomas' companion for years, and they grow rather attached to each other (including Thomas getting edgy when Harry Dresden asks him about her). One part of the trouble with that is that true love is the only way a person becomes inaccessible for a Raith - so Thomas is probably hoping that's not what it is. He does feed regularly on her, but not to an extend that is threatening her life; and she submits to it willingly, eagerly, and knowingly. She can feel when he is in need to feed, by touch, and can tell the general direction in which he is located.
Note to the fandom-acquainted muses: For
one-last-resort, Justine is set shortly BEFORE being drained by Thomas. Which means that she would be ready/willing to do it, but is not aware that it's happened, nor anything in canon past that point. She is also still touchable / kissable / feedable for him.
Personality (100 words or more): Justine is sweet and obedient, as long as her emotions are kept in check. Otherwise, she can go almost feral, driven mad by them.
She is very dedicated to Thomas, and is very sensitive towards him and his needs.
She also seems to have very few stops sexually - she goes to deliver something to Harry Dresden dressed in a red ribbon bow. And nothing else, absolutely aware what that implies.
Justine will try to stand her ground in a fight, including one that is obviously unfair (with supernatural entities) to protect herself and, more particularly, Thomas. She is not the world's greatest fighter and makes mistakes, but is determined and certainly tries.
She does not strike one with her brilliance, but her intelligence is not below the average either.
But mostly, she is sweet, nice, devoted, sensual, and attractive.

Entrance Post:
Justine had finished getting ready, in Thomas' apartment at the Raith residence, in the Chicago suburbs. They were going to meet at the party, hopefully, and she was going to look, as usual, up to his standards. As in, stunningly decorative.
She looked into the vanity mirror once more, touching up one last time, and then it was time to go. She dropped the cell phone into her purse, and walked out of the apartment door.
But the hallway wasn't the one of the Residence. It was, in fact, very different. None of the lush, unmistakable luxury was visible; instead it seemed to be an ordinary hotel corridor.
That... she'd seen some odd things, but this was not good at all. She turned to return to her rooms, call Thomas, find out what was going on - and found the door locked. She shook it slightly, but it wouldn't budge. It didn't look like the right door either, so she gave up.
Slowly, she started up the hallway, the carpet muffling her steps. "Hello? Master Raith? Mistress Lara? Inari? Anyone?"
Nobody answered. She was on the verge of panic all of a sudden, so she stopped and tried to calm herself somewhat.
And then she felt it.
Thomas was a lot nearer to her than she had been sensing him earlier.
Her eyes widened, she turned suddenly and started in the direction that he seemed to be in.
He'd make everything better.
