She had had each box carefully wrapped and topped with an extravagant bow by a professional as she didn’t have time to do it herself, nor was she of a mind to spend more time on it than necessary. In each box was an oval shaped ornament. Each ornament was a pearl glazed white and on the center was a photo of one of her favorite family photos. To top off the ornament at the silver hook there was a blue silken bow.
Deep down, she was fairly certain that none of the recipients would appreciate the gesture. But it was the thought that counted, she supposed.
