There's someone I'm waiting for If it's a day, a month, a year
So I'm sitting here watching Food Network. The Barefoot Contessa is on. I never realized this before but that lady drives me bat shit crazy.
This episode is one her husband is driving back late on and she can't make him "his usual roast chicken Friday supper." So she's making him hot chocolate and breakfast the next day instead.
The lady I kid you not made a comment about the shitty cooking he was probably having on the road. Ok so if he stopped at McDonalds that statement would probably be true. But the way she said it was like "no one's cooking is as good as mine la te da..."
I wanna smack someone like her.
Great you wanna cook dinner for your hubby but wow lady calm down the Suzie Homemaker Shit with the "if I don't cook for him someone else will"
Anyway that's my gripe for the day.
Life has been um yeah. I have a ton of shit to sort out. I need a second job but everytime I apply for stuff I never hear back from them for an interview or anything. Do you realize how much that sucks? So now have to sort out finances. My life. My writing. My everything. Definitely not where I wanted to be at age 25.
