Woodstock, dancing queens, engagements, and so much more
It's weird to update so close to my last entry but whatever, I have stuff to talk about. So, on Saturday we had Woodstock which was definitely a different experience from last year. Last year, only De and I went and this year, a whole group of our friends went which was pretty awesome. Some interesting Woodstock tidbits: my (not so) amazing cotton candy skills, De racing everyone in the obstacle course, Tom fainting (which was really unexpected and not the best), disgusting pretzels, lots of carnival-esque food, hanging out with my girlfriends, and being covered in cotton candy by the time I was done my shift. After Woodstock, I went over to the Thomas girls apartment and watched Dirty Dancing and Ella Enchanted (and by watch Ella Enchanted, I mean turned Ella Enchanted dialogue into a porno) with the ladies and Alex, who I finally met for the first time. Then we had the illustrious video dance party Saturday night which was awesome because there was no one there while we were supposed to be floating and we doubled the amount of people in the gym when we walked in. It was absolutely hysterical like that one dance last year when it was only SPB and friends. Love it. It did get more crowded later on and I danced with the Thomas girls, Castle girls, and Jennie and Jess--who took pictures like it was going out of style. We were so hot-tastic, it was awesome! I also got engaged to Emily who I proposed to during "Let's Get Married". and of course, the last song of the night was "Baby Got Back"-classic. Fun times, fun times. Yeah and Sunday was all about the Ed paper, not great and kinda made me want to eat someone up. I'm looking forward to relaxing after the hectic week last week--can't wait til Friday, Thesis Day aka no classes and Midnight Bowling all rolled into one ;)
