My first lesson!!!
We saw Chronicles of Narnia on Friday night and then hung out in the Thomas girls apartment afterwards. It was nice to hang out with people again. I've really felt that I've been neglecting a lot of my friends lately and it was nice to hang out with some friends that I really haven't spent time with in a while. Countdown on Saturday was fine except that it was pouring outside. Then I got lost with Jess and Erica which was more awesome than getting lost should be. It was great hanging out with them outside of the CA stuff. So onto more important things, I taught my first lesson today at GA on adjectives!! I thought it went alright but the kids were really into it which I was glad for. And my teacher called me a natural--awesome!! That did wonders for quelling some of the creeping doubts that I've been having lately about being a teacher which is only natural but is really unsettling to be unsure. I'm just so glad that it felt so right to be up in front of the class teaching the kids like that. It was just awesome.
