Whoring everyone and their mom for Africa...
This weekend was pretty good. I was crazy busy running Jon and Dan around to work and church for the tubing trip on Friday. We had our Pre-Valentine's Potluck/sleepover on Friday night and everyone brought a ton of food. Yeah and there were about three drinks and everyone was dying from thirst waiting for Erica to come. We all had a lot of fun and Jennie and Jess did an AMAZING poster for Rock the Cause. We had such a blast just sitting out in the hall, talking and laughing. "Congratulations, you have just been whored for Africa, your plane leaves tomorrow." Then I went to volleyball with Rachel, Rudy, and Uncle Matt. When we got there, Em came over and I introduced her to everybody. Then Andrew told us that we were officially considered an intramural sport so we got two new volleyballs and are possibly expanding to another night during the week. Volleyball was a lot of fun other than some minor disturbances of annoying people (and by people I mean person) on my team and getting my foot stepped on really hard by a guy on the other team. We played for about three hours and then Emily came with us back to the lounge. I introduced her to some people and we were talking and watching Wedding Crashers. She went back to her room around 2 and I was falling asleep while watching American Pie. I kept waking up at random points and I was really cranky. Then eveyone started leaving around 4:30 and I didn't fall asleep until about 5:30. The next morning I slept til 11 and after everyone else left, Jess and I spent a long time cleaning everything up and talking. Then I went over Dani's for the Mary Kay party which I didn't know was cancelled until I saw Dani's surprised face at the door. I checked my phone and realized that I had three missed calls-two from De. So it got postponed until next Saturday. I finally got my placement for ED342, I'm in Germantown Academy in 5th grade. I was kind of disappointed about being in 5th grade but I'm just happy not to be in McClosky as we have heard many bad things about that school. So Dani and I talked for a while and went out to get Coldstone ice cream even though it was snowing outside. Coldstone ice cream is expensive but awesome! I finally came back home around 4 after I saw that the snow was starting to stick to the roads. My mom and I watched Just Like Heaven which was cute and Elizabethtown which was mostly boring and definitely not recommended. Woke up this morning and saw all the snow. If only it was Monday, we would have an awesome snow day!
