Monday Morning Blues
People aren't what they say....ever...if someone says "I'm always ___________." You can count on that not being true. No one is ever always one way.
Honesty for example. Someone says "I'm always honest, 100%."
They aren't.
I texted messaged D this morning...and told him I wasn't mad, but we needed to not lie to each other. I don't want our relationship to end. It's too good for that. But he has to start being honest with me or we're in trouble.
I have no problem with him talking to old friends...even at that time of night....I do have a problem with him feeling the need to lie to me about it.
Lots of stuff to get done the next few days...especially with Hurricane Ernesto threatening to affect us. Taking a half day off on Wednesday to get ready for the storm. Also thought it might be nice to have some time off with Damon as well. I'm so ready to go on vacation.
