Happy New Year, everyone!

I emerge from my incredibly hungover (bright idea: pulls of jack, jager & champagne, so classy), blinking, glazed state to announce that I'm resolved to organize and tag my fic and update my webpage frequently (ahahahaa), and to do my Yuletide reveals.

Vince/Eric! Squee!

Entourage started airing in the UK last year (we're up to...somewhere in series two, I think) and I wondered when it started why it hadn't been all over my flist because it's so fun, and so eminently slashable. Your two stories are both absolutely fabulous.

I think I actually have 3 Entourage stories. See above re: organizing and tagging fic. *grins* I wrote one for merryish at some point when she wasn't feeling well and I'm pretty sure I posted it to LJ.

It IS so fun! And slashable! Eric and Vince are truly awesome, and I love the rest of the cast too. Turtle used to tick me off but he grew on me eventually and Ari, oh Ari, it was love at first bitchy remark. Hearts. ;-)

I'm glad you liked the stories, and I hope you get bit by the Entourage writing bug. That would be fantastic!

I loved Turtle from the beginning, because the moment I saw him, I went OMGWTFTrace, and he could do no wrong, because, Trace! Although no slahing him with Vince, because that would be wrong. Vince belongs with Eric. I was very happy when Ari's assistant left to work for James Cameron at the start of series 2, because I liked her a lot but, no, stop touching my OTP!I don't know if I'd ever write Entourage. It's one of those shows, like Babylon 5 and Firefly, where I love the source something fierce but it's so perfect in itself that I don't get any urge to write it. I'm happy just to watch the shiny moving pictures. And in a way it's virtually fanfic anyway, because it's so totally about the characters, nothing much ever actually happens during an episode, they just hang out for half and hour and get into amusing messes and play pranks, and then help one another out and are geneally adorable. I honestly keep expecting Vince and Eric to just start having sex, it's that much like slash

LOL, I don't think it was anything to wade through a year of LJ entries for, just a little 1000 word thing. But there was kissing, which is of the good. I'll find it!

I think of Entourage as being a series of little candy episodes--virtually fanfic, yes. They just are so married! So in love! So MFEO! We almost DON'T need fic, but god I love it, and I will continue to keep my fingers vaguely crossed that someday you end up inspired.

A couple seasons into the show, I can't even pinpoint what it was about Turtle that bugged me. I think it was Turtle + girls = extra super obnoxious, and then he started hanging out with Drama more, so everything was all right. And he is SO Trace. I keep wanting to write a popslash/Entourage crossover but it seems almost like cheating. ;-)

The assistant belongs on The OC anyway, dating Seth Cohen yet not interfering with his love for Ryan. Have you met Lloyd yet? I heart Lloyd and Ari!

For Yuletide, I wrote Get Where You've Been Going for iamtheenemy who guessed it was me based on my, um, 2005 Yuletide Entourage story. ;-)

Well, you write them very well! There's, like, five people in fandom that currently write Entourage, and I knew that the boys were too well done for it to be someone's first attempt at the pairing. So, you know, not a huge pool of suspects to pick from.

Or, I have telepathic powers. I'll let you decide.

A few people guessed, actually. Fandom being full of telepaths is a scary, scary thought, so I'll happily take the small pool of suspects reasoning!

I've never understood why it's such a teeny little fandom! They're absolutely made for slashing. But you've given me an idea for a new smokescreen for next year: Make tons of people write Entourage and then say 'who, me? Naw, coulda been anyone.' *grins*

I think everyone who's even tangentially involved in this show is wondering the same thing. It's just...I couldn't imagine a slashier show. Where are all the drooling fangirls? Is it because it's on a premium channel? *sigh* Well, at least the people who do write fic for the show write it very well.

I loved Get Where You've Been Going. Its fantastic. Really it is. Where can I find the rest of your Entourage fic?

Also, if you need an idea for non-Yuletide Entourage fic....*winks* I'd love to see some Eric and Vince- being a closeted couple in the industry
