Flatware is specifically forks and spoons and knives, actually. And unfortunately, most of it is fairly ugly. Unfortunately.

Hahaha, seriously, don't get me or the bf started on how much we hate Disney. I mean yes, okay, I went to Disneyworld when I was a kid and it was fun, but Disney is just so much more and so much bigger now. I hate that as a corporation they're in charge of what kids watch and wear and play with. Not to mention Disney totally sucks as far as race and gender stereotypes.

Hee! Well, I'll have lots of baby gear handed down from my sisters, so strollers and carseats and stuff will be gender neutral, which is nice. We're going to find out as soon as we're able whether the baby is a boy or a girl so that I know which sister to call for clothes - one has a little boy, the other has two girls. I know gender specific clothes and stuff will be hard to avoid because family and friends will buy it, but that doesn't mean we have to. I'm sure we will end up with a pretty weird mishmash, which is okay - we're not planning to tell a little boy that he can only play with trucks and footballs or a little girl that she can only have pink princess stuff, and that's the important thing.

Well, if you have any fun recipes up your sleeve, I certainly wouldn't say no to them, student-y or not!

In that case, get someone rich to buy you flatware. It comes in shitty, or nice-but-expensive in my experience.

I used to build car parks for my toy cars out of lego... But I also loved my dolls. I consider this a perfect childhood mix. Lol. Ooh, making plaster casts for dolls out of toilet roll and water is fun too! But that's more of an activity for older children :)
