food journal

So Margie is doing a food journal everyday and having people comment on what she ate. I figure, I'll do the same just for the heck of it.

1 banana
1/2 large texas grapefruit
1 liter of water
2 open-faced tomato and basil sandwiches spread with veganaise
1 cup of peppermint tea
1 cup of coffee
plate of veggies roasted with rosemary and olive oil- cauliflower, bell pepper, onion, sweet potato, garlic
