I bet that Emily Rose girl had it coming.
The Exorcism of Emily Rose seems to be a popular movie right now. But I have noticed that the people who think that it look really scary have not seen the father of all demon-related movies: The Exorcist. Yeah. Emily Rose is sure to have NOTHING on The Exorcist. First of all, Emily Rose is rated PG13 and Exorcist is rated R so that tells you right there that it can't nearly have as much stuff in it as The Exorcist did. And second, nothing exorcism-related can top The Exorcist. Not even its own sequels could top it. Emily Rose has a hook, that is what is going to make people think it is scary. All the previews to it say "BASED ON A TRUE STORY". So now everyone thinks that the movie happened exactly the way that it happened in real life. I'm sure it's no different than how the Texas Chainsaw Massacre, House of Wax, and Amitty Ville Horror "really" happened, too. I am not saying that Emily Rose is going to suck. But if you have seen the Exorcist, I would bet that Emily Rose wont seem like much.
