double date
this weekend was so fun. lisel and ryan came from port angeles and we all stayed the night at robert's dad's house last night. we got pizzas from metropolitan market and lisel and ryan made them for us while robert and i relaxed in the front room. they also served us the sparkling apple cider rob's dad had gotten for us. they are the perfect guests: they do everything for you! plus they are really fun to hang out with. laila and max stopped by and we had a lot of fun with them. it was like a mini marrowstone reunion, plus ryan. :) we watched the princess diaries 2, which i could have done without, but maybe it just wasn't as entertaining as it should have been cause i was so tired from being out until 2am the night before... that's another story though. we stayed up until 2 again and rob and i had to get up early for the x-mas b-fast (haha) at his church. the four of us went on a double date this evening and it was really fun. we were going to go to maneki but they opened too late for us to go there before the gospel choir concert at benaroya so we went to cedars, an indian restaurant on the ave. i love that place so much, it is definitely one of my favorite restaurants, as is maneki. we had a lovely time at dinner, paying particular attention to a certain waiter with blue sparkly nail polish. heh. then we took the bus to benaroya. there was a drunk man on the bus that got into a fight with a girl over whether the window should be open. he "just wanted to breath" and she was going to "tell him to the bus (driver)" they spilled some of the guy's beer on lisel and ryan and we decided to move up to the front of the bus before it got too dangerous (they were yelling and throwing things at each other... it was kind of frightening). anyway, when we got to benaroya we found out that the concert was nearly sold out and that the only seats left were $40 each so we went to finding neverland at meridian 16. we all really liked it. i got some cute pictures of ryan and lisel and some really odd ones of me and roberto. i'll try to post them later. i'm using a new client which is really nice. i used to have one on my pc which wasn't all that great, but this one, Xjournal, is really cool.
