last night, we randomly got into a conversation about 'brownies'....no, not the food. and no, not the happy kind of the food that i'm not talking about because i'm not talking about it. PAY ATTENTION. teehee. i mean brownies, as in the little girls in the brown vests. yes, i was one. I WAS A BROWNIE. and so was rachel. shocking. seriously. but i'm glad to know that i'm not the only one that was traumatized by the experience. all we ever did was make christmas ornaments. even in april. may. june.....you get the point. i remember being slightly confused (or was it concerned?) but that was back when i believed in santa claus and hence LOVED the whole xmas thing. ahhh....childish innocence. neway....all went well until candi (what an unfortunate name....how could anyone named candi be anything but a porn star? k...not really, but still), who was the daughter of the woman in charge (what's her title? whatever...the one that made us make the xmas ornaments) drew a picture of her mother that was not entirely appropriate. to this day, i am SO CONFUSED by the whole situation. why? WHY?? WHY?!?!? some childhood memories must be banished forever. small children...how innocent are they? we've all seen 'the omen' correct? obviously, that movie is completely real.
i'm glad my grandfather is not in the trunk of our car.
