Funny story (from the other day)
So, I forgot to mention my funny story from the other day.
The car had the ABS light on (that's about the brakes, in case you didn't know, and yes, I'm new at driving, so there you go...:)), so my hubby brought the car to the dealership.
He found out that the car needed a new battery ($$), so his friend (who shall remain nameless to protect the innocent) ordered the part, but then found out it was the wrong part, so he had to re-order the new part...in the meantime, hubby went to Avis Rent-A-Car to rent a car, only to find out that his license had been expired since July! (Doh!) ($$$).
Now, my poor father in law had to drive all the way back to the dealership after driving back home to Woburn from Lynn back to Lynn(did we mention our cell phones aren't working right now, and even if they did, my father in law doesn't like to have it on while he's driving, but the whole point is to save time??, What?)
Did I mention I'm trying to start a business idea, that takes money, and what?, I'm sorry, we don't have any to spare at the moment....
ARGGHHH!!!
Now, I find out that there is a Blues Jam session in Cambridge on this Sunday September 7th in the afternoon (where the old House of Blues used to be) from 12-3 pm, but we had plans on going apple picking with my four year old at Smolack Farms in Natick....What's a poor girl to do....darn, sometimes it's not easy to choose between family fun and music....
Maybe we can go apple picking in the morning and then go to the Jam session....can I bring my four year old to a Blues Jam session in the afternoon? Do you think people would frown upon that?
Any advice?
