writing prompt - changes

So here's this belief that only by seeing or experiencing contrast can we see the truth.
What contrast is in your life and what clarity does it bring? Write about it.

Ah sorry about this, I meant to write about it and then got busy doing other stuff *head desk*

Changes have been happening all my life, but since I became a mother, oh and now that I am going through menopause things are changing again...
But it's all for the better...at least I have a full time job (not one I really enjoy, but it is full time, and I can get away with pretty much anything which includes writing and blogging and marketing...etc...), doing Renaissance Festivals (now two of them) and now writing articles (woot!).

I don't like the night sweats too much though (sorry, I know, TMI) and things with hubby are better (mostly).  I do get emotional at the drop of a hat now...(sigh, no more Disney movies for me, too sad at the end).

I think I am more clear about what it is that I have a passion for.  Isn't that what life is all about?  Being passionate?  I mean, years ago (cough, cough) when I was younger, someone said to me "You know you can be poor and live in England, if that's your dream to do that"...you know what?  He was totally right.  I mean, I am probably one day going to go visit there (eventually, maybe when I retire) or just know that I will always have that on my "Bucket List" to do.

This was a writing prompt from Write Well University http://writewelluniversity.com/
I encourage you to write if you like :)
Also, I found today http://www.oneword.com that gives you One Word as a prompt and you have 60 seconds to write about it...which I did today (it was interesting, the word was "trailer").

What are your changes?

oneword, write well university, changes, writing
