Life in general
I know I have been a little better about updating LJ for my life in general, but it has been a few days so this is what has been going on with me.
*Work front* still the same, doing the job even though I am STILL not sure they are planning to E.V.E.R. hire me, although this time around, I will probably send out a mass e mail to higher up managers to request a "please highly consider Gia" as time gets closer to Q1 round (next year, Feb, sometime...sigh)
*Child front* Well, Charlie is getting to be a big boy now, and the potty training is...well...better....but only just. I still don't think he feels the pressure from below to go #2, but #1 is much, much, MUCH better, and we're almost figured out how to train him (kind of like a dog....tee hee). Actually, this weekend, he's getting a big boy bed...no more Thomas bed...we're actually giving that away to a friend of ours who has a 14 mo old son...so I've been consistently telling my son that Thomas is going away this weekend...I hope the transition goes smoothly...maybe I can distract him with Wii games...hmmmm
*Weight goals* hah! Sure! Right! NOT! Well, husband did get a thing from another informercial (yeah....) and it's still sitting now somewhere in my living room....but he did get it for himself claiming he would work out, but you know it is hard when you have just so much to do in so little time.
*Faire goals* well, already we've gotten some interest from some new vendors, so maybe we're getting a little bit of a headway with that...I also have some BIG news - but will have to wait to be sure that it is really happening...but it is BIG...(oh how I love to tease you all).
*Rockport First Night* Yes, hubby and I will be performing for First Night Rockport Eve from 7 to 8 pm on 12/31/09 so please come out and support us! Would love to see you!
