I don't know how many of you care, but I'll be at Anime Expo next week. I got a pretty good price on plane tickets (though this trip is still brutally sodomizing my bank account balance) and I'll be bringing two costumes, my Godot from last Otakon and a new France costume from APH for adora_tan and shiimapan's little group thing. I've got the wig already, and by a weird twist of fate the pants as I can reuse the red pants from my Char Aznable costume, and the boots came this morning. I'm working on assembling the coat- all the pattern pieces are cut out and I should be able to actually start putting it together today.
Otakon, being less than two weeks later, is creeping up on me as well. I'll have one new costume for that convention- the Pyro from Team Fortress 2, complete with an unwieldy huge flamethrower. I hope. Figuring out how to construct the damn thing so I can take it apart for transport is driving me quite thoroughly insane.
