Yay! We're staying!

After all our plans and searching for new flats and even putting a holding deposit on one, Jamie and I had a heart-to-heart discussion last night. We decided we wanted to keep the Belafonte another year.

So, that's that. Our landlady is happy, we're happy, and we're staying. Yay!
