(no subject)
okay so its 7:30 in the morning, and i am awake. there is something profoundly wrong about this. Fisrt day of Uni today. i get to pick my labs and tutorials today. Mum got rebecca to agree to take me into murdoch with her if we both have to go at the same time. which means me and her alone in a car(driven by her) with no buffer zone...fun!
went to dads on saturday cos mum wanted to go shopping saturday morning, so we did. she bought me some new tops cos i needed them. one is a mickey mouse one, its pretty awesome. i got 3 other ones too, and one was a size 8 people! thats right size 8. how cool did i feel. pretty damn cool.
i think on saturday on our way to the shops dad offered to buy me a laptop. but i'm not sure. he said "do you have everything you need for uni" and i said, "yes i think so" and then he said, " so you dont need a notebook or anything" and i thought he was talking notebooks for writing in so i said, "yeah, i got some" and he said, " No i mean a laptop" so i'm sitting there thinking what the hell do i say to that, because i dont like asking him for stuff outright so i say, " i'd like one, but its not essential" so i dont know if anything will come of that.
so saturday night we got a dvd, the jacket, cos i'd been wanting to see it for quite a while. it was pretty good, different. it was like a cross between The Butterfly Effect, One flew over the cuckoos nest, and eternal sunshine of the spotless mind. And keira knightly talking with an american accent almost makes her bearable.
sunday we went to the movies as per usual. saw Jarhead, pretty good really. then came home and rebecca was here, helping mum plan their wedding. they're actually going to do it in novemberish cos johns brother is coming over. Mum is getting a bit upset, because whenever she talks to john about it he just acts like hes not listening and just grunts if she asks him a question. so she said, "nice to see your so excited to be getting married to me" and he actually said " i'm not excited" can you believe he said that! just when i think he cant be more of an arsehole, he goes and does something like that. he said the it was a girl thing, and that yout only excited the first time (hes been married twice before). so mum said you'd think if you were marrying the person you actually wanted to be with, you'd be happy about it. i know what he's doing too, even if mum refuses to se it. And it makes me sick
as of next sunday i shall be staying at renee's house when her parental units are away. huzzah, i have a feeling that it will be the most unhealthy 5days of my life. huzzah for us!
anyway gotta go get ready for when rebecca comes *shudder*
