Update
September brings some changes to my life. I return to school tomorrow (September 2). Continuing my classes for an endorsement in special education with two classes for a total of 8 credit hours. Each class runs from 5-9 pm Monday and Tuesday. Those will be very long days. I return to work tomorrow too. Sort of. I actually returned to work last Wednesday, but I'm counting tomorrow as the first day of return since that is when the students will be in the classroom. I'll be teaching Biology at PH Northern while the teacher is filling in as one of the assistant principals. The AP is filling in as principal while he is out taking care of his wife who has cancer. I am mostly excited about the position as it gets me into the classroom again teaching the subject that I have a degree in. I am not looking forward to the early mornings though. I have not been awake before 8 am since school ended in June, so it will be tough to adjust this first week.
My schedule will be very busy for the foreseeable future. I am looking to take on these new adventures with great enthusiasm.
