A pointless stream

I got locked outside the house for 2 hours, 24 minutes and something like 20-40 seconds. I lost track around the seconds, mainly because I was getting bored of keeping track of the time. However, in time period, an interesting thing happened, the first being that I discovered that there is a squirrel who seemed intent on following me around. It ended up chasing me around before I outran it.
I swear, by whatever dead gods there are, sometimes the world seems to have gone mad.
But anyhow, the second thing I came across in my wonderfully drawn out solace was how curious this whole Twilight social/cultural fad was. I'm not quite sure what got me along the line of thinking, but it might've been the newspaper. So to that end, I formulated an idea I never thought I would undertake: read Twilight, and satirize it, chapter by chapter. And post it on fanfiction.net to see how the fandom reacts.
I still don't believe I'm going to read that hateful, dreadful, abhorrent book I've made every effort to attack. It feels like I'm killing an ideal.
On a last note, discordant melodies are curious; Igor Stravinsky's The Rite of Spring, on sheet music, looks like one of the least harmonious and the most cacophonous arrangement possible while still bearing the label of 'music'. Yet, it doesn't sound awful or gut wrenching. It sounds haunting, but somehow, it works.

crazy random happenstance, life is a farcical sitcom
