For those who haven't heard, Gentlemen's Breakfast Club will take place TOMORROW, Wednesday, at Perkins at 9 P.M. due to our unfortunate experience with last week's waitress (who, in our defense, non-GBC-attending blog readers, had attitude from the get-go). What's Gentlemen's Breakfast Club? I mean what do you guys do? I've been wondering about this since I first heard in high school.

The official answer is that we debate issues and take votes in a gentlemanly manner and while eating breakfast food. The unofficial answer, which it pains me to tell you because I hate to "break character" where GBC is concerned, is that although GBC kind of defies description, it's somewhere between an Elk's Club or Knights of Colombus type-deal and improv comedy or performance art. Self-consciously ridiculous and often vulgar, but occasionally great if I may say so. Whew. I sound like a huge windbag.

Well, I apologize for the mistake then. But I was basically referring in my post to the content of the posts Evan made then deleted, not the d-bag comment itself. Evan, for the record, I do not think you are a d-bag.
