Long Time no post
Okay, so it's been forever since I even logged into LJ. So give me a couple of days to catch up and don't be surprised if you get a random comment on something you posted last year.
I'm at work so I'll make this brief. Working in TN for the state doing child abuse investigations. Cases range from dirty homes to meth exposure at birth, spankings that have crossed the line (and I know what that line is now) to sex abuse/child exploitation. The people I work with are great, the drive stinks (1.5 hours to work), but that may change.
Personal life, what personal life? I have reconnected to most of my friends here in Nashville. Still have a few that I haven't tracked down yet. Movies, games, computer games, etc. You know the usual. Haven't started getting connected with the LGBT crowd yet. Made a few new queer friends, connected with old ones, but the scene has shifted in town with the closure of the main bars and shops. The ones still around are alright but it's really different from A2. I have little extra time on my hands (as I'm also on call for three counties at least once a week and one weekend a month...thankfully we're almost fully staffed so that will change too) and as most of my circle isn't LGBT it's not a regular stop on a weekend outing. That and a couple of explosions in other people's personal lives have been priority. I know, I know, what can be a bigger priority than booty you ask. It's not my story to tell but other things have kept me busy (plus booty to be had without clubbing is nice too) ;)
So maybe that wasn't as short as I was expecting...
