Lost in the Wilderness
I was first introduced to this song not long ago via jjirish79's Friday Musical Quotes. The lyrics he posted hit me deeply and I had to download the song. Upon listening to the original from the cast album, I was hooked. I was told recently that I was having a crisis of faith, a crisis of the soul. And maybe I am. All I know is that this song, every time I listen to it, gives me goosebumps, and swells me up inside. I wish I could sing this song myself, but really have no access to a piano player or any friends that can help by taping or posting. I really don't have any friends at all around where I am currently living, and that hurts most of all. I truly feel "lost in the wilderness" right now.
