Photo Safari

Apr 16, 2008 22:26

Today was another absolutely beautiful day. As mom was off work today and taxing grandma to her appointments, I took advantage of the crisp weather and went on another driving jaunt to the area above Walterboro. This time I headed north out of Walterboro along US 15 toward Canarys and into Colleton State Park. Here I did a little hiking (and picture taking). . .then back on the road along SC 61 15 miles to Givhans River State Park. Both parks lie on the Edisto River and anchor a canoe/kayak trail which I hope to try one day. At Givhans I did more hiking, and of course more picture taking. As always the pictures are up on Flickr, I hope you take a look and let me know how you like them.

Update Photo Project '08 - 306 pictures as of today.
