Photo Backlog #3 (Sitka)
The first of my Alaska pictures are up. There are about 30 pictures on my Flickr from the first port of call of the Alaskan Cruise, Sitka. Sitka was the site of the Russian colonial government, and where the formal exchange from Russian to American hands happened. There are pictures from Sitka proper and pictures from Sitka National Historical Site where there is a nice hike through the woods featuring totem poles. It was very rainy so these are the best quality pictures I could get.

EDIT: Thought I should say there are pictures of two mushrooms in one of the sets taken just for nebulocity1976. Yes when I took them I totally had him in mind. :-D
