October 11th- The new Fall Out Boy video "Dance, Dance" is all wrapped up, ready to go and set to premiere on TRL on October 11th. Make sure to tune in at 5:00 p.m. ET/PT to catch the show and visit Yahoo! Music directly afterwards to check out the video from your computer.
The week has been IN sane.
Friday last: Spent the night at Allison's and Kate and Amanda came over and we had a bonfire. It was awesome. We spent 3+ hours badmouthing people around the pit. So awesome. ^_^ And I burned my toes on the metal fire grate and melted the rubber off the toes of my sneakers.
Saturday: We went dress-shopping for Carianne for homecoming and found her a dress that was identical in pattern to my winter ball dress.
Sunday: Did nothing and it was awesome.
Monday: Had a dress-up mass day which was awesome. It meant we got out of uniform and got out of school early. I chose to wear a long skirt though: BAD idea. I was sweating SO bad. But I didn't have to sit in the bleachers because I'm in praise choir so it was slightly cooler.
Tuesday: Grade School Pride Day. I made a shirt that said "Crete-Monee: I'm so glad I don't go there anymore." Jeanine (*rolls eyes*) had the nerve to try and get me in trouble because it wasn't dress code. Mr. Roney just said, "It says the name of the school on it so it's fine." Stupid freshman. Thinks she's so high and mighty but she's just fuckin' NOT.
Wednesday: Courtney took a swing at Crystal before school and got suspended for two days. Twin Day. Crystal and I went to Rue 21 and got t-shirts for 9 bucks. I'll never wear the ugly thing again, but we ran into Leann and Sarah there and I helped Sarah picked out her homecoming jewelry.
Thursday: Class distinction day and games day. Sophomores' color was red. I got this striped shirt from that cool second-hand store in downtown Bradley and wore that. Games day sucked as much as it did last year. Carianne was royally pissed at the end of it because Jeanine came and sat next to her and said, in her snobbish way, "Everyone's happy. It's SO annoying." What kind of image is she trying to superimpose on herself? Next spirit day I'm making a shirt that says "Goth is a fad" and see how she likes it.
Friday: Normal spirit day in which I wear nothing spirited. Homecoming parade. I wasn't in it but at least 10 people from each float waved at me or screamed my name. It made me happiest when Josh yelled "Yeah, Elizabeth!" from the soccer float. I love that kid. He's my favorite boy in my school. Homecoming dance. We sang. It was fun. The poms and the senior boys danced. I laughed and sat with Rainie. I had a lot of fun. I love Rainie. We don't talk like we used to and I miss her.
Saturday: Homecoming dance. Carianne and I went to dinner with Kate and Allison at T.G.I. Friday's and I had a crappy gardenburger. We saw Jillian. She was wearing a blonde wig and my jaw dropped. I was too surprised to say "Hi" to her. Haha. We went to the dance. I got called a skank by two people and a ho by one because she wanted to be original. Ashley Page was wearing my dress but instead of letting it get me down, I just got my picture taken with her. From now on, I'll make my dance dresses: Then no one will have them. The punch was spiked and made me sick and I had to leave early, but they played two Killers songs and Richard was there and I got to dance with him. I jumped on him when I saw him. *laughs* We spent all night trying to ditch Lilly. She wouldn't take the fucking HINT that none of us like her, but whatever.
And today ... I baked an apple pie and it looked awesome. *giggles* We're not cutting it until dad gets home from the RPFD tomorrow. He gets the first slice a la mode. ^_^
