The rebirth of imperialism and the fourth crusade.
Lately I have been thinking about this whole war in the middle east thing, and noticing the distinct similarities between it and the crusades. It would seem that our ignoble leader, or as I like to call him "King George the monkey faced - harbinger of distruction", is picking up the reigns from such figures in history such as King Richard of England in the neverending battle to "snap the elephants spine".
If anyone has seen the latest Star Wars film, did you notice the resemblence between the speach that the newly turned Darth Vader makes about the empire and some of the speeches that GWB has made about the US? Kinda scary.
