Hannibal might be the best show I have ever seen on television. And I watch Justified, and I watched Life.
I can't do anything else while watching Hannibal. I can't mend, I can't doodle, I can't eat. Not because watching a show about a cannibal makes food weird, although it does, but because I can't take my eyes off the screen for a second due to the way so much of the show is building tension with the tiniest micro-expression on Mads Mikklesen's otherwise perfectly still face, or the close-up flutter of Hugh Dancy's eyelashes.
This show is amazing. I don't care if you don't like gore (it's... actually way less gory than it could be/many police procedural shows are) and I don't care if you're tired of serial killers. You need to be watching this.
