A Little Grand Slam
I finally got around adding some photos from Grand Slam, but only of the Saturday Q&A. The photos are crappy. I really, really don't like them and the only reason those ended up online is because I got bored. I hate the concert photos even more, so I don't know that I'll ever get around to those. I might put up pics from the Sunday Q&A if I make some time this weekend.
In terms of a con report... I haven't much to say. I volunteered the whole weekend for Creation, although they were very kind and allotted me time to do the James stuff. Perk to volunteering? Get to go to the head of the line to do our photo ops and autographs... so that we can get back to work ASAP. Slave-drivers, they are! :P
I might have gone a little overboard on the photo op front, but I couldn't help it what with Chris being the photographer. He's such a sweetie and a great photographer. Heh, I even liked one of the photo ops enough to have James autograph it; I haven't done that since what? My very first con? However, I didn't have him autograph my very favorite photo op from this weekend. That one shall remain untouched.
Um... I sorta caught James in a small fib... he was trying to be nice, but... eh. *shrugs*
It was good seeing the girls again, although I do wish I'd gotten more time to spend with them. That is the one downside to being a volunteer at an event where James is making an appearance... however, I'd volunteered before it was announced he would be there and I didn't feel right backing out, even though by Sunday, my feet were protesting.
Overall, I did have a good time, primarily sponsored by lots and lots caffeine. Thank you spikesgurl, _sharvie_, and girlfmkitty for keeping that supply coming!
