Vegan chocolate mint with non-vegan chocolate mint icing.
I went the nonvegan route with the icing because the only difference was shortening over butter. I figure for the crowd I'm giving them too the latter would be better.
I used the icing bag for the first time. It's definitely faster, just not sure if I'm completely loving them yet. I envisioned it making this perfect top on the cake- and it was just kinda- eh. I need to perfect this technique fo' sho'
my next challenge is filled cupcakes- jelly in the middle kinda thing. I have the tools, just need the time.
