How is it that I end up watching Peter and Svetlana's kid while they stay together with my family in Spain? Rasputina is my step-daughter and I love her, but I can't help but feel it's a little off!

Peter and Svetlana will probably be back soon. Amaris hasn't made any rumblings since we got here, and I haven't been able to find hide nor hair of her. I'm going to try for a little longer, though. I still have a few of Ryn's tricks left up my sleeve.

I've been scrutinising. Travelling, too, but there is scrutiny. The beauty of not being there all the time is that Peter never knows when I might be watching. A little healthy paranoia is good.
