(no subject)
Got back my Folklore essay today - squee, because I got an A, and the Prof. wants to enter it into the student writer awards. I'm just glad I did well, considering it's worth 30% of my grade. -_-; The prof. has a tendency to go to town on any and every teensy grammar error you could name.
One major paper down, nearly 20 pages worth of essay writing to go - have to hand in a near 3000 word-er by Monday, and a 2000 word paper by next Friday. Am so not looking forward to writing the 3000 word paper - especially since it's so huge, but only worth 15% of the grade. Such a large time commitment should not be worth such a small portion - class participation is worth 10% for goodness sakes.
In other news, here's to procrastinating on school-work by binging on watching Korean dramas. Yay for Witch Yoo Hee! ^_^ Such a funny show...and the little ways that they develop romance just make me giggle, because it's so different from the grand declarations of love I'm used to seeing in romance oriented shows and books.
Will have to change lj-layout soon. Have a great idea, but it'll have to wait till after finals. Then I can get my World of Warcraft back too! (easy way to avoid the temptation to play = do not pay for more time -_-;;)
