War of the Worlds
Well, I've just seen War of the Worlds. it was ok, the screaming and crying got a bit annoying, but hey, I'd probably be screaming and crying too if there were alien robot thingies roaming the earth killing everyone. Tom Cruise used to be so hot!! Now he's just a blemish. If only he'd keep his damn mouth shut!! of course my fav scene was when tom cruise has been trying to get his teenage son to do as he is told, having failed to so thus far (it's at the begining) and as a warning to his (tom's) command for the damn kid to stay with his little sister (played by the uber cute/annoyingly acting dakota fanning) "ROBBIE!!" he enunciates it with a quick smack to his hand, stern face. woot! that made my day! as my dad said; "BEAT THE DAMN KID!!" and where as I'm not one for beating anyone, a couple firm smacks as he is otk'd (over-the-kneed) and he'll be right as rain. wishful thinking. hey, I can dream...heehee. gotta' love the sadism!! anywhoo. I give War of the Worlds 2 gold stars outta' 5, mostly b/c of the above scene ^_^; ja. ~Ghost
