I just got a job offer! I think... after what happened in October, I'm not canceling any other interviews until I've actually been shown to a desk. :P And it's from the agency where I thought I bombed the interview, too... huh. The HR lady said she didn't have anyone in the office to sign off on the paperwork, but she should be able to get it finalized on Monday, and maybe I can start on Wednesday. Ihopeihopeihope.... *does the happy paycheck dance* *does the even happier health insurance dance, with a defined-benefit-plan-and-401(a)-matching-contribution pirouette*
Ooh... just realized that I should be getting a fairly impressive tax refund for 2008, which will really help with paying off the credit card. Yay! (Is it bad that instead of figuring out how much of my first check can go toward said credit card, I'm making a wishlist at KnitPicks?)
