Independence and Presidential Monsters
Hope everyone is having a wonderful day! Me, I am celebrating by staying the frak inside because it is about a million degrees out, and working on a freelance assignment on the Cuban Missile Crisis. (Hey, I'm celebrate the country's birthday by learning a little bit more about it. Works for me!)
On a similar note, today I saw a set of action figures of U.S. presidents reimagined as classic movie monsters. Reagan was the Ronmy/mummy (I originally thought that one was Mitt Romney), Bill Clinton was the Wolfman (darthsatyr was pretty happy with that one...^_^), Lincoln was Lincolnstein's Monster, Nixon was the Creature from the Watergate Lagoon, and Kennedy was the Phantom of the White House. (Aaaand I bring it back around to the original topic!) I am stupidly amused by these, and may have to pick up a couple.
