Critters

Balancing out the trash issues, repairs, and robbery is the fact that we have a lawn now, and in said lawn are critters. At least two of the neighborhood cats like to hang out in our yard, probably because of the vast squirrel population.

Daisy isn't an outdoor cat, is she?

We never had mice when I was there. I'm...troubled by this.

Kits. Baby/young raccoons are called kits.

An old house with no mice? How did you manage that feat of greatness. Velvetpaw and her thankfully acute sense of smell detected that we had a dead mouse in the workings of our drier. Yuuummmmmm, Toasted dead mouse smell all over nice clean clothes. Luckily, her enginuity prevailed and she was able to get toasted mousy out of drier.

My mom and step dad have a problem with squirrls. They chew though the ceilings and get into the house and cause havok.
