yeah just got through a good ummm i would say about 4 mile workout and maybe some weightliftin in a lil but for now rest and food.
I havent updated in a lil but i dont really care a whole lot im just humoring some people.
IM SOOOO CLOSE JUST A FEW MORE POUNDS!!!!! THEN ILL HAVE THE PERFFECT SIX PACK AND at the PERFECT weight class.
